Part One of the Series The Gift of Hollowness Begets Sorrow

Zero's second Industrial Mass takes the central themes of trauma from her first and delivers a grand expansion of its ideas. Informed by literary trauma theory, the focus is on the post-traumatic dissociative state, the act of becoming aware of your state as a missing person, and sonically explores life in this state. The turmoil of living without emotion and the droning monotony that gives way to waves of chronic depression.

The thematic narrative explored on this project is to be concluded on the future project INDUSTRIAL MASS No. 03: Vallis Lacrimarum; The Well, to be released February 2024.
